What it does
Monabanq offers paid French online current-account packages for adults living in France, with individual and joint options. Pratiq+, Uniq and Uniq+ have different payment limits and travel-related services. The range is offered without an income condition, but identity, address and account-approval checks still apply.
Three current-account packages
| Package | Advertised monthly price | Listed card-payment limit |
|---|---|---|
| Pratiq+ | €3.90 | €1,500 |
| Uniq | €6 | €3,000 |
| Uniq+ | €12 | €5,000 |
Monabanq says limits can be increased according to income. Uniq+ includes additional overseas withdrawal, payment and transfer services. Card upgrades and a second card for a joint account can change the total cost.
Who can apply?
The current-account terms require adult individuals residing in France and acting outside a professional activity. Applications are subject to Monabanq’s decision and the required identity and address checks; restrictions also apply to applicants prohibited from issuing cheques.
Choose a package on the current-account page, complete the application and provide the requested documents. An initial deposit is required to activate the account. It stays in the account and can be used after opening, rather than being an application fee.
