What it does
Monee records income and expenses for individuals or shared households on Android, iPhone, iPad and Mac. It is free to use, with unlimited entries and no required registration. You can organize separate accounts for different people or projects and invite others to contribute.
Choose the start of your financial month to match the period you actually review. Enter an amount, category and optional note, and set recurring entries for repeated income or bills. The monthly summary then compares the income and expenses within that chosen period.
When several people contribute, filter by the person involved, transaction type or recurrence to narrow the list. A renovation account, for example, can keep purchases for that project apart from everyday household spending. Balance carry-over connects one month to the next.
Monee supports guest access. Its privacy policy also describes optional Apple sign-in on iOS and Google sign-in on Android for account access and restoration.
