What it does
Money Forward ME’s household ledger compares income and expenses by month or year. It includes category averages, editable subcategories and a reporting period that can follow payday.
Compare a month with the longer record
Choose a category’s 12-month average or switch the household ledger to its yearly view. Income minus expenses includes only transactions counted in the household total; transfers and excluded entries are left out. The main category headings are fixed, while you can add subcategories.
Set the household period
Choose a reporting start that follows payday. This is one household period, so individual cards cannot each use a different closing date. Premium adds comparison with the same month in the previous year.
A free account can view one year of acquired history, connect four services and create one group. Paid plans remove those limits and add CSV downloads. New users create a Money Forward ID; Android registration supports email or Google, with a verification code for email signup.
