What it does

MoreApp collects inspections, work orders and checklists through mobile forms. Teams can capture data offline, sync it when connected and manage forms and submissions through its web platform.

A MoreApp inspection can repeat fields for several assets. Add a Subform field, create its contents with + New, then select that existing subform in another Subform field within the same form. Give each occurrence its own label and summary, for example to distinguish equipment checked at arrival from equipment checked before departure.

Editing the shared definition updates its fields wherever it is used. Labels and minimum or maximum counts remain separate for each occurrence. Deleting the definition leaves its referencing fields empty with an error. Reuse is within the same parent form.

Plans for field teams

All plans allow unlimited users and forms. The monthly submission allowance determines the main difference in capacity.

Plan Monthly billing Annual billing Included submissions per month
Branch EUR 190/month EUR 2,088/year 700
Tree EUR 638/month EUR 7,020/year 2,500
Forest Contact for pricing Contact for pricing 10,000

Annual subscriptions make the year's submission allowance available upfront. Additional submissions cost EUR 0.40 each on Branch and Tree, or EUR 0.10 on Forest. The API is included across plans.

Create an account for a trial lasting up to 14 days or 75 submissions, whichever comes first. Continuing requires a paid plan. Adding a payment method lets the selected plan start automatically when the trial ends.
