Mouseflow combines session replay, heatmaps, conversion funnels, journey and form analytics, and feedback surveys. Form reports can lead directly to recordings of abandoned attempts, while Mina AI helps explore behavior data. A permanent free tier covers limited website traffic.
A form-completion problem is a useful starting point for Mouseflow. Field-level reports show skipped inputs, hesitation and abandonment, with links into the relevant session replay. You can see what happened before the visitor reached the form as well as the point where they stopped. Funnel and journey views put that attempt in the context of the wider website.
Heatmaps can be compared by period, device and segment. Feedback surveys add direct visitor responses, and the REST API provides a route into other data workflows. Register through Create free account, then add the JavaScript snippet before the closing body tag or use a supported integration.
New accounts get a 14-day trial with 2,000 sessions, five website projects and ten funnels, without a card. The continuing Free plan covers 500 monthly sessions, one website project, one funnel and one month of data retention. Paid tiers expand capacity and features; user seats are unlimited on every plan. When the session allowance runs out, tracking stops until the next refill, a requested refill or an upgrade.
