What it does

MuesliSwap combines a Cardano orderbook with liquidity-pool swaps and aggregation. Its limit-swap form lets users choose both a target price and the pool that should execute the order. A compatible Cardano wallet is required for live transactions.

The pool choice matters for a MuesliSwap limit swap. Open Swap, select Limit, choose the token pair and enter the amount and desired price. Then select the pool before Place Limit Order and wallet signing. Execution depends on that particular pool reaching the target, even if another pool shows a different price.

For an immediate quote, the instant-swap route compares liquidity and presents the protocol, estimated receipt and fees. That makes it possible to compare a routed quote with a pool-specific pending order without assuming they follow the same path.

The orderbook has its own matching behavior. An order may fill in parts, with the remainder held in the contract until another match, cancellation or amendment. My orders exposes open orders and history; expand an active order and use Cancel to release its unfilled balance. The wallet needs collateral configured for cancellation or editing.

Live trading incurs network and service charges, including matchmaker and frontend fees in the orderbook flow. Pool routes have their own costs. Keep ADA available as well as the token being exchanged. A submitted request is not a promise that the entire amount will trade immediately or at an improved price.

Strengths

  • Limit swaps can target a particular pool
  • Aggregated quotes show their route and estimated result
  • Separate open-order and history views

Watch out for

  • A pool-specific target may not fill when another pool reaches that price
  • Orderbook matches can leave an unfilled remainder
  • Editing or cancelling requires wallet collateral

Best for

  • Cardano traders comparing aggregated swaps with pool-specific limit orders
