What it does

MyCashflow combines a hosted store, product and order administration, language versions, and integrations. Product variations are included across its paid plans and are counted separately from the base catalog allowance.

For a clothing catalog, the base-product allowance is only part of the capacity calculation. MyCashflow allows unlimited variations, and sizes or colors do not use additional product quota.

Open Products, select the product, and go to its Inventory tab. Enable the option for multiple variations, choose Add variation, and complete the variation details. This keeps the choices attached to the original item rather than creating unrelated catalog products.

Plan Monthly subscription Base products Shop/language versions
Basic EUR 59 200 2
Advanced EUR 129 2,000 5
Pro EUR 199 20,000 10
Enterprise Custom arrangement Agreed capacity Agreed scope

Basic, Advanced and Pro include unlimited users and variations. Annual payment lowers the monthly equivalent. Registration collects administrator and billing details, and the 30-day trial automatically becomes a paid subscription unless canceled.

Use the Account page to cancel and close the store during the trial if you do not want to continue. MyCashflow does not accept cancellation by phone or email. The same page handles plan changes, subject to the target plan's capacity limits.

  • All listed standard paid plans include unlimited users and variations

Watch out for
