What it does

MyEcoverMaker combines cover design with 3D ebook and product mockups. It offers a blank canvas or templates, then lets users rotate and position a model before downloading a presentation view.

MyEcoverMaker connects a flat cover editor to a 3D presentation view. Begin with a template or blank design, add images and text, then rotate and position the product before downloading. The editor also advertises text effects, prompted image generation and a background remover that accepts a traced or marked area.

A free account includes six selected mockups and the design tools. Other mockups carry a watermark on that plan. Standard and Pro subscriptions remove that premium-mockup restriction, with monthly and annual options. Their public feature lists are very similar, so a specific difference between those paid tiers should be confirmed before choosing one.

Templates can be modified for finished work, while stock images sourced through Pixabay retain their own terms. The service also places responsibility for uploaded artwork with the user. Cancelling a paid plan returns the account to free status; the terms say saved work is retained for three months after that change and may then be deleted. Keep downloaded covers and original artwork somewhere you control, especially for a book that will remain on sale.

Strengths

  • Cover design and mockup presentation are connected.
  • The model angle can be chosen before download.

Watch out for

  • The free plan limits unwatermarked use to six selected mockups.
  • Saved work may be deleted three months after a downgrade to the free plan.

Best for

  • Authors preparing cover-based promotional images
