What it does
Mysterium VPN offers a consumer app using a decentralized network with residential IP exits, WireGuard and a kill switch.
Residential exits distinguish Mysterium from a VPN built only around data-center servers. The provider's app lets a user choose access through that decentralized network, and the homepage lists WireGuard and a kill switch. This can matter when comparing the type of exit address rather than simply counting locations.
The plan table changes simultaneous-device limits between tiers. Match that allowance to your devices before choosing a subscription.
Mysterium's policy describes more than the choice of residential exit. It processes bandwidth volumes, session timestamps and device information and says basic connection data is deleted within minutes after a session ends. It also describes anonymized or aggregate operational logs and crash diagnostics. The policy excludes visited sites and traffic content from its retained activity records.
