For everyday spending, nBank supports QR payments, wallet loading and utility bills. Mobile Cash provides cardless withdrawals. The service also accepts registration with an international phone number, which can help existing customers outside Nepal.

Open a General Savings account

There is no minimum deposit. Apply online, visit a branch, or print the account-opening form and submit it with your documents at a branch. Nabil lists citizenship papers or a passport, a passport-size photograph and a National Identity Card among the required documents.

General Savings includes nBank mobile banking free for the first year and free nBank Web internet banking. Other services carry the bank's standard charges.

Gen-N is another zero-minimum-deposit account, specifically for Nepali citizens aged 18 or older. It also advertises first-year free mobile banking and free web banking.

Changes that use a request form

Nabil's nBank Management Request form covers a change of phone number, password or transaction-PIN reset, additional account linking, blocking and unblocking. It asks for your customer details, account and phone numbers, the requested change and a signature.
