What it does

NapoleonCat centralizes social messages, comments and reviews, including supported ad comments. Moderation rules, interaction histories and reports help customer-service teams manage recurring enquiries. Register for the 14-day Expert evaluation; continued access requires payment.

NapoleonCat's inbox brings messages, reviews and comments into one conversation queue, including comments on supported ads. User profiles can retain conversation history, contact details and private notes, helping a service team recognize a repeated question.

Moderation rules can hide, delete or reply according to keywords, interaction type and time periods, with AI-derived signals also available. For a busy promotion, a rule can handle a recurring question while a colleague follows up on cases that need a personal answer.

Register for the 14-day Expert trial without a card. It includes five user seats, ten profile slots, 30 publications and an inbox allowance of 25,000 interactions. Older messages can count when a new response brings an existing conversation into the inbox. Reaching the allowance stops new messages from appearing there.

Reports begin collecting data when a profile is connected, without earlier historical data. Initial analytics may take up to 24 hours to appear. The trial offers previews or sample reports, but downloading reports based on your own data requires paid access.

Subscriptions renew at the start of each billing period. The trial does not charge automatically: if you do not choose a plan, the account freezes and its trial data is deleted after 30 days. Connect the profiles early enough to gather the reporting period you need, and arrange an export before ending paid use.

Strengths

  • Conversation histories and private notes support continuity in customer replies
  • Moderation conditions can target specific interaction types or time windows

Watch out for

  • Reporting data begins only when a profile is connected
  • The trial permits report previews but not report downloads

Best for

  • Customer-service teams managing social comments and reviews
