What it does
National Express provides UK coach and airport-transfer booking with timetables, stop discovery and a live coach tracker. Its passenger site also covers event transport, fare flexibility, luggage, seat reservations and booking amendments.
An airport journey needs both the correct terminal service and a suitable departure time. Use the airport section together with the timetable and route map, then follow live service updates or Track your coach on the day. The site also has event-specific travel, useful when a stadium or festival journey differs from an ordinary city stop.
The fare and extras menus separate date changes, Change & Go, seating and luggage. Read those choices before assuming every ticket offers the same flexibility. A free My Account can retain booking details and speed later purchases; the current site also waives its ordinary booking fee for logged-in website or app purchases. Compare the selected fare and extras together when deciding what to buy.
