What it does
Native Teams combines employment, contractor payments and workforce administration. Its absence calendar shows leave requests and the holidays relevant to each employee's country. Managers can check availability by team before approved absence records reach payroll.
Preview the effect of a leave request on your balance before submitting it. The calendar includes country holidays, and carryover leave shows its expiry where applicable. Company rules control weekend and holiday bookings; sick-leave policies can require supporting documents. Managers filter the calendar by team to check coverage, and approved leave syncs with payroll inputs.
Match the service to your workers
| Service | Billing structure | Main purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Employer of Record | Monthly per employee | Employment without your own local entity |
| Contractor of Record | Monthly per contractor | Contractor agreements and engagement administration |
| Contractor Pay | Monthly per contractor | Payments and contractor administration |
| Gig Pay | Custom price for the setup and team size | Large-volume gig-worker payments |
| Entity Management | Monthly service plus a country-dependent setup fee | Opening and managing your own entities |
An administrator account is included with the paid worker services. Get the proposal for your workforce and locations, especially if a new entity is involved.
The documented gig-worker route starts from the business dashboard's Team or Add team member area. Add workers individually or upload a CSV file; they receive an email to create an account and complete identity checks.
