What it does
Naukri’s job-search app supports Indian candidates with industry, function, location and experience searches. The publisher describes saved jobs, personalised alerts, candidate profiles and Nvites recruiter invitations, with free core profile, search and application functions.
Build a profile that explains skills, experience and education, then use filters to compare the roles relevant to it. Saved jobs and alerts support an ongoing search, while Nvites provides a separate route for recruiter invitations. The app also includes career news and preparation resources.
The publisher’s October 2026 update adds career-break information to profiles, useful for explaining a work-history gap directly. Its current app description explicitly says candidates can create a profile, search and apply without a charge. That does not establish the terms of every optional enhancement. The app provides the search and application workflow; use the actual advert for the employer’s location and requirements, including roles labelled remote or work from home.
