What it does
Debut records screens, webcams and supported external video sources, with text overlays and configurable capture settings.
A webcam, network camera or capture device uses a different input route from recording the desktop. Set the intended source and output before a long session. The vendor's free version is specifically for non-commercial use, a meaningful limit for client work or workplace training.
Strengths
- Multiple capture sources and text overlays are documented.
Watch out for
- The free version is restricted to non-commercial use.
