What it does

NDAX serves Canadian residents with Simple Trading, Advanced Trading and a separate Wealth OTC desk. It quotes crypto markets in Canadian dollars and charges a flat 0.20% trading fee. Customers must meet their province or territory's age of majority and complete identity checks.

NDAX uses one 0.20% execution rate for buys and sells, without maker/taker pricing or volume tiers. Its fee calculator shows the charge before an order. CAD e-transfer and wire deposits have no NDAX fee; CAD withdrawals cost C$1.50 by Interac e-Transfer or C$4.99 by direct bank deposit. Crypto withdrawals use asset- and network-specific flat charges.

Transfers between NDAX accounts are free internal movements. They do not use a blockchain, which explains why they have no external network fee. Staking and Auto Earn are different services, with a 20% administration charge on generated rewards and any applicable unbonding conditions.

To open an account, select Sign Up, activate the email link and choose Verify Identity. The guide asks for personal and employment details, phone verification, government ID and a live facial scan. A Social Insurance Number is optional in the documented form.

Eligibility is limited to legal Canadian residents who have reached the local age of majority, either 18 or 19. Simple Trading, Advanced Trading and Wealth OTC offer different execution routes; none guarantees a return or protects a holding from crypto price losses.
