What it does
Neocal is an AI calendar that runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. You ask for events in everyday language and it schedules, updates and manages them for you. It connects to Google Calendar and can sync multiple Google accounts. Booking links show client availability, avoid double bookings and create Google Meet links. Neocal also works inside WhatsApp, where you can send messages such as a request to schedule lunch and get a confirmation. The service is currently free, with premium plans stated as coming soon.
The site lists Google Calendar as the only supported calendar, with Outlook and Apple Calendar noted as coming soon. Account creation is available at app.neocal.com/register, using Google sign in or an email address, name and password. Booking links pull real-time availability so clients see only free times, and different meeting types can be set up for short calls or longer sessions. Conflict checks are described as preventing double bookings. Neocal can be reached in WhatsApp to schedule, update and manage events in natural conversation. The FAQ says only the minimum calendar information is accessed and that personal information is not shared with third parties. Neocal is free at present and premium plans are announced as coming soon; no prices are given. Support contact and pages for about, pricing, blog, privacy and terms are linked from the site.
