What it does
Netpeak Spider crawls websites for technical and on-page issues, with JavaScript rendering, segmentation, internal-link analysis, sitemap tools and exports. Search Console, Analytics and imported CSV data can enrich the crawl.
Netpeak Spider runs on Windows and Mac. Before starting, choose the parameters you need: checking titles and status codes requires different data from a JavaScript or internal-link audit. Disabling unnecessary parameters reduces local processor and memory use.
Filter results into site sections and save templates for your parameters, filters and segments. The issue list groups problems by severity and links them to affected pages. For a specific investigation, inspect response headers, redirects and extracted text. JavaScript rendering uses Chromium.
Free and Pro
The free edition handles 500 URLs with five threads. Pro removes the URL limit and allows 200 threads, with monthly, annual and lifetime purchases. A three-day Pro trial is offered.
After fixing internal links, generate an XML, HTML or image sitemap, or validate an existing sitemap. Custom extraction supports up to 15 conditions using text matching, regular expressions, XPath or CSS selectors.
Strengths
- Saves reusable parameters, filters and segment templates.
- Includes JavaScript rendering, sitemap tools and custom extraction.
