Planning mode predicts coverage from the layout, wall materials and chosen access points; keep that simulation distinct from measurements. Desktop Free is a non-commercial Inspector, while Pro and Enterprise unlock Survey, Planning and report exports with different project limits. Android offers its own modes and paid heatmap features. iOS is a smaller toolset whose survey maps use Internet speed measurements rather than the desktop radio analysis. The Mac App Store edition limits active scans to the connected network, and Windows cannot collect noise values through its current API.
