HE.NET Network Tools separates information about the phone’s current interfaces and local ARP/NDP neighbors from probes to a chosen destination. It includes IPv4/IPv6 ping, route statistics, DNS records, custom or predefined TCP-port lists, and TLS protocol, cipher and certificate information. The iperf tool offers v2 and v3 with TCP or UDP, so match the mode to the remote endpoint. Results describe the device’s network and tested path. The app is available for iOS and Android, and the product page says it has no ads; that statement alone does not establish its price or every platform permission.
