What it does
NXPowerLite Desktop compresses PDF, Office, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF files while retaining their original file types. It offers batch processing, custom profiles, and email-attachment integration.
Use the file-size audit to find what makes a report large, then choose a profile and review the optimised pages. On the inspected Windows page, batch compression supports up to 10,000 files and Outlook attachment integration. Output keeps ordinary file formats, so recipients do not need NXPowerLite to open it. The licence covers one user on up to three machines for the purchased major version. Separate Mac software is available, but Windows integration details should not be assumed for it.
Strengths
- Retains ordinary file formats and provides a file-size audit.
