What it does

Newsletter Glue lets editorial teams build newsletters with WordPress blocks and publish an email alongside its web version. It offers templates, automated newsletter preparation and a choice of its sending engine or connections to supported email providers. Both delivery options require a paid site subscription.

Newsletter Glue makes the newsletter a publication in the same WordPress workspace as the articles. Start a campaign from a template, fill in the content, inspect a preview or test message, then choose the subject, preview text and audience. Publication sends the email and creates the site's web version, giving a newsroom an archive that follows its own website's presentation.

Its automated newsletter route still allows an editorial decision over what goes into the issue. A digest editor can use the latest posts as a starting point, then adjust the selection and introduction before sending. The builder includes an email-size check, useful when an issue accumulates many stories or advertising blocks.

The two current plans differ in delivery: Newsletter Glue uses the vendor's sending engine and a selected send allowance, while Connect sends through an existing provider. Both are subscriptions for a site. The intended editor is Gutenberg; classic-editor bugs are outside the vendor's supported compatibility scope and the dedicated blocks are unavailable there. Purchase access through Get started, install the plugin and use its onboarding wizard to connect the chosen sending service. The purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee.

  • The dedicated newsletter blocks require Gutenberg
