What it does

NewsMAN combines newsletter design, subscriber segmentation and automated email sequences for online stores. Create an account with company details, an email address and a password. Newsletter subscriptions depend on list size, while prepaid campaign emails and transactional SMTP credits are sold separately.

An after-purchase sequence can invite a product review once the customer has received the item. NewsMAN's example uses a one-week delay; adapt that timing to actual delivery rather than starting every review request from the order date. Browsing and cart sequences serve earlier stages: the cart example distinguishes offers by cart value, while a welcome sequence can ask new subscribers about their shopping preferences. Those choices can inform later segmentation instead of sending the same offer to everyone.

Newsletter subscriptions are based on subscriber-list size. The pricing page also separates prepaid campaign emails from SMTP credits and SMS packages. A merchant choosing between regular campaigns and occasional announcements should match both sending cadence and message type to the appropriate option. The editor, segmentation and automation functions belong to the same NewsMAN platform.

For occasional campaigns, the published prepaid offer starts at EUR 60 for 3,000 campaign emails. SMTP capacity has a different tariff, starting at EUR 10 for 50,000 emails, so those two credit balances should not be treated as interchangeable. The signup form requires agreement to the terms and anti-spam policy.
