What it does
NextDNS provides DNS-level threat and tracker filtering with configurable blocklists, parental controls and device or network setup options.
NextDNS lets you apply DNS security feeds, tracker lists and content rules to selected devices. Try a policy before signing up; an account saves its settings. Decide which devices should share exceptions and whether query logs are needed. The privacy policy says logs are optional and lets users choose what is retained, for how long and in which jurisdiction. The free plan includes 300,000 queries per month. After that quota, NextDNS says it continues answering as a non-blocking resolver, so successful DNS resolution does not prove filtering is still active.
