Map imported subscriber fields before building a campaign segment. NextMail can select recipients from demographics, earlier campaign activity or click behavior, then apply address and domain suppression at global or campaign scope. For a regional update, combine the relevant interest segment with the intended suppression list and schedule the mailing in the team's local time zone.

Content can come from the editor, imported web content or HTML. Templates and campaigns can be cloned, while test mailings provide a separate preparation step before the audience send. The platform also supports triggered mailings through its interface or API.

Professional and Enterprise are monthly hosted plans; on-premise, perpetual and source-code licences are separate commercial options. A source-code licence does not make NextMail open source.
