What it does
Nicereply collects CSAT, NPS and customer-effort feedback through email signatures, resolved-ticket messages, links and website pop-ups. Helpdesk integrations connect ratings and comments to the related customer conversation.
Decide whether feedback should describe each interaction or a resolved support case. With Help Scout, Nicereply can put a survey in the email signature so customers can rate a reply, or send a survey after the ticket is resolved.
Choose the metric, select the distribution method and connect Help Scout. For a signature survey, copy the Nicereply code into the Help Scout email template. For a resolution trigger, set the delay after the ticket closes. Ratings and comments can be pushed back to the ticket as notes, with that behavior controlled in the survey settings.
Responses and team size
| Plan | Responses per month | Users |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 100 | 3 |
| Essential | 250 | 10 |
| Growth | 1,000 | 25 |
| Business | 2,500 | 50 |
All these plans include the integrations and allow unlimited active surveys. The allowance counts received responses, not invitations. Exceeding either the response or user limit automatically upgrades the account, so monitor both as the team grows.
Sign up for a 14-day trial without a card. Paid subscriptions offer monthly or annual billing, and plans can be changed inside the account. Larger teams can request a custom arrangement.
