What it does
Ninja Forms collects and manages responses in WordPress. Its free core includes unlimited forms and submissions, notifications, calculations and exports. Paid extensions add conditional questions, uploads, payments and connections to other business tools.
Review the responses behind each form
For a collection with saved responses, open Ninja Forms > Submissions in WordPress. You can view, edit, search and export the entries in the free plugin. A booking coordinator could review enquiries before preparing a spreadsheet for the next event. Favorite fields let you reuse common information across forms; the import and export tools also move forms between installations.
Install and activate the core plugin through WordPress to begin without a separate Ninja Forms account. There is no core submission allowance to buy or a charge to view saved entries.
Add the tools the request needs
Extensions are sold separately or in annual memberships.
| Membership | Sites | Examples of included extensions |
|---|---|---|
| Plus | 3 | Conditional logic, uploads, multi-step forms and PayPal |
| Pro | 20 | Save Progress, Stripe, user management and CRM connections |
| Elite | Unlimited | All add-ons |
A basic enquiry queue can stay on the free core; collecting supporting documents requires the upload extension. Introductory membership discounts differ from regular annual rates.
