Synchronize panning and zooming to compare corresponding regions in two viewers. The March 2015 batch guide also describes selecting inputs, an output folder and conversion/resize settings, then running a batch and checking its log. In that guide, Copy/Rename renames in place when both folders match and creates renamed copies when they differ. Overwrite Existing is irreversible. Check those dated instructions against the installed version. The current FAQ says saving a paused GIF or MNG writes the displayed frame, rather than preserving the animation.
