What it does
Nomos One provides lease management with an IFRS 16/AASB 16 reporting module, event tracking, critical-date reminders and financial-system exports. It covers property, vehicles, machinery and other equipment. Organizations arrange a paid subscription and onboarding for their portfolio.
Nomos One covers property leases as well as vehicles, machinery and other equipment. The vendor also offers onboarding that reviews the portfolio and configures the setup.
Open the OneLease reporting workspace
Sign in to Nomos One, select the organization, then open Reports > Use OneLease Reporting. The reports open in another browser tab, with a login prompt on first use.
OneLease starts with the same organization, but changing organizations there does not change the active organization in the original Nomos One tab. Check the selected organization before running a report.
Generate a journal export
Select all agreements or a filtered group, set the reporting dates and choose how often balances should be grouped. Adjust the columns, then use Run Report. Review the reporting logs for errors and download the result as CSV or Excel.
General-ledger templates supply the account numbers. OneLease can generate journals without a template, but those transactions will have no account numbers. The older Nomos One journal report requires a template, so the two reporting screens have different setup rules.
The screen displays only the first 1,000 entries. Download the report to see the complete output. Saved presets let colleagues reuse the same reporting configuration.
Subscription and onboarding
Nomos One sets the subscription amount and billing frequency in its customer agreement. Its terms require the first subscription payment and any agreed onboarding fee before access begins. Nomos One includes unlimited users, document storage and support; additional services or enabled add-ons can carry separate fees.
Strengths
- Event tracking and critical-date reminders sit alongside the lease records
- Multiple currencies and custom fields support varied lease portfolios
- OneLease includes an agreement-level balances report for investigating period-to-period movements
Watch out for
- OneLease journal results above 1,000 entries must be downloaded to view them all
- Journals generated without a general-ledger template have no account numbers
- Onboarding and selected add-ons can carry charges beyond the subscription
Best for
- Organizations managing property and equipment leases under IFRS 16 or AASB 16
- Finance teams preparing repeatable journal exports for multiple entities
