What it does
Nowsta coordinates workers, events, schedules and time records. Event shifts belong to a specific event, while non-event shifts are created in the weekly view and remain independent of events.
For a shift to appear on Nowsta's Events page, add the worker inside the relevant event. A shift created directly in Weekly View is independent of events. Removing a calendar filter cannot make it appear there. Use Weekly View to see both kinds together, and check where a shift was created before treating it as missing staffing.
Roster billing and account access
Ask Nowsta for an order specifying your services and fees. The Roster Plan counts active workers and invoices the previous month's use. Archiving keeps historical shifts, timecards and worker details, but someone must stay archived for the entire calendar month to avoid that month's charge. Reactivation during the month restores the charge, and contract minimums can still apply.
An administrator starts registration with a username and password. Worker profiles can receive an activation invitation through Save and Invite. Confirm payment timing in your order: the general agreement describes advance payment, whereas the Roster billing guide describes billing in arrears.

- Archiving keeps historical worker scheduling and time records
