What it does
nPro is a browser planning tool for heat networks, energy hubs, plant sizing and economic scenario comparisons.
nPro models heat networks and energy hubs in a browser, comparing plant sizes, costs, emissions and project scenarios. Network/GIS outputs include Excel, DXF and GIS, while project reports can be Word/PDF. The time-series upload accepts pasted values with selected power units. Its interpretation depends on length: 8,760 hourly values form a year; 24 values repeat as a daily profile; leap-year series lose February 29; an 8,759-value series duplicates its final value. Subhourly data are reduced to hourly values, averaging power and summing energy. Decimal points or commas are supported, with one value per line unless comma-separated values use decimal points. Those transformations should be retained with any demand comparison. The advertised full-feature demo lasts three weeks; ongoing licences are selected by users and required features.
