What it does
NsLookup.io is a browser DNS client that displays domain records and allows selection of public or authoritative DNS servers.
Enter a domain to open its DNS overview, then choose the resolver and record types on the result page. NsLookup.io shows A, AAAA, CNAME, TXT, NS, MX and SOA by default, with additional types available. Compare a public recursive resolver with the domain’s authoritative server when a recent change looks inconsistent. The site says it does not cache its displayed responses, but the selected recursive resolver may still supply cached answers. That makes a fresh page request different from a fresh authoritative result. Results can be shared; monitoring and linked API services have their own account and provider scope.
