What it does
Cacoo is Nulab’s collaborative diagramming tool for wireframes, workflows and visual brainstorming. Integrations connect diagrams with tools such as Slack, Google Drive and Confluence.
Cacoo puts wireframes, flow diagrams and team discussion inside shared boards. Choose Create Board on the dashboard or select a template. Add shapes, text and connectors from the left-hand tools; the right-hand panel holds sheets, comments, chat and video calls. Selecting an object opens its color and style controls.
Use Share to invite collaborators or copy a board link. Owner, editor and viewer access determine what other people can change. Private and shared folders help organize personal drafts separately from team work.
To download a diagram, open the top-right Export/Print cloud icon, choose Export, select a format and then Export to. Free accounts can export PNG images. SVG, PDF, PostScript and PowerPoint exports require a paid plan, as does revision history.
The ongoing Free plan allows unlimited users with limited sheets and features. Pro is for one user; Team supports a larger organization. Paid plans offer monthly or annual billing and a 14-day trial without a credit card. A paid account cannot be downgraded to Free, so choose the initial account type with that restriction in mind.
