What it does
Numeric supports close, reconciliation, revenue and cash-management workflows with an existing ERP or through its broader financial-data platform. Accounting teams can combine selected products with their existing system, with pricing quoted for their requirements.
Numeric can sit alongside an existing accounting system for close, reporting and reconciliation. Its broader Financial Data Platform can also replace that system module by module. The distinction affects the available tools: App Studio and the automated subledgers belong to ERP Replacement, rather than the ordinary close overlay.
In Close Management, assign task owners, map dependencies, attach workbooks and retain the history of each step. Reconciliation compares supporting records with the general ledger. Materiality thresholds set which differences deserve attention, and transaction monitors can flag duplicate entries, unusual balances or elevated spending. Draft variance explanations draw on current records and earlier periods for the accounting team to inspect.
Cash Management handles a different task. Build matching rules using details such as the amount, memo or date range, then test a rule before deploying it. Bank activity can produce draft journal entries for approval and posting to NetSuite. Cash sources include bank connections and file-based integrations.
Products and purchasing
| Product | Main job |
|---|---|
| Close Management & Analytics | Tasks, reconciliations, transaction monitoring and reports |
| Cash Management | Bank matching, cash visibility and journal preparation |
| Billing & Revenue | Contract and usage-based billing, invoices and revenue schedules |
| ERP Replacement | The wider Financial Data Platform with the full product suite |
Products can be combined with an existing accounting system. Pricing is quoted using the company’s requirements, transaction volume and seats; implementation and migration are scoped during evaluation. Schedule a demo around the process you need first, such as resolving reconciliation differences or handling usage-based revenue.
