Octoparse

What it does

Octoparse is a no-code web scraping tool and web data platform. You can run ready-made scrapers, let an AI assistant build a task, or use auto-detect in the desktop app. It handles dynamic pages, forms, logins and CAPTCHAs, and returns structured results. Tasks can run on your own computer or on Octoparse Cloud, where jobs are split into parallel subtasks and IPs are rotated. Data can be exported and connected to AI tools, databases and business apps. The desktop app is available for Windows and Mac, and there is a free start link plus paid plans.

The download page lists version 10.2.1 of the desktop app for Windows 10 (64-bit) or higher and a Mac build. Documented changes include Field Fixer, an AI assistant that checks data fields and pagination, checkpoint resume for runs that stop early, and a Smart Decision Engine that works around blocked pages. Earlier releases added sign-in with GitHub, scraping through your local browser, and local extraction modes named Phantom and Chrome alongside a built-in browser mode.
