What it does
O Globo covers Brazilian and international events in Portuguese, including politics, economics, society, culture and reported features.
Election reporting includes institutional responses to contested claims about the counting process. Attribution is central to reading such a story: the reported dispute, an electoral authority's response and a candidate's allegation are different pieces of information. Election and education pages narrow the broad national feed. Newsletters offer follow-up coverage; the footer identifies Editora Globo as the publisher.
