What it does
Omie combines business finance, sales, fiscal documents, purchasing and inventory in a cloud ERP, with bank reconciliation through its integrated account service. Brazilian businesses can try the service for seven days before choosing a subscription priced by monthly revenue.
Omie links sales and fiscal documents with finance, purchasing and inventory. Its integrated Omie.Cash account records transactions within the ERP and can reconcile them automatically. The cloud service is aimed at Brazilian businesses.
What automatic matching needs
Omie.Cash compares its statement with registered receivables and payables. The counterparty needs a valid CPF or CNPJ, the amount must agree, and the record must use the Omie.Cash account. Its payment-method field also has to match the actual payment. A receivable recorded as a boleto will not automatically match a payment made by Pix just because the amounts are equal.
Configure each category's income or expense type and check the expected payment date. Automatic matching considers statement movements from the previous five days. It first looks for the same forecast date, then searches a wider window if there is no match. These conditions matter when importing older or incomplete records.
Reconciling without a bank file
For manual reconciliation, sign in and open Finanças, then Passo 5 - Conciliar Contas Correntes. Choose the account and period, locate the movement and double-click it to reconcile. Compare it with the actual bank statement before confirming the match. An OFX file is not required for this route.
The pricing calculator uses monthly gross revenue. Omie ERP Padrão starts at R$309 per month; Omie Multivarejo starts at R$419 and adds retail, ecommerce and marketplace functions. Both offers include unlimited users and an open API. The seven-day trial does not require a credit card. Create an account with email, contact and company details to begin. Omie.Cash's separate account terms should be checked alongside the ERP subscription.
