What it does
Onclusive Social monitors brand and competitor conversations, sentiment and trends across social networks. AI Sense summaries and Sentinel alerts help teams investigate changes. It requires authorised user accounts and a quoted subscription whose order form defines monitoring allowances.
Configure each Onclusive Social workspace around its entity, countries, languages and users. Query terms collect mentions; classification keywords label collected material.
Sentinel flags changes in negative sentiment, topics, keywords and hashtags. An investigation dashboard traces a spike's origin and spread, while summaries help prepare stakeholder updates.
The order form caps monthly retained mentions per workspace. Exceeding it triggers a banner and stops collection for that month unless upgraded. Historical search of up to 24 months is a paid option. Named users can share workspaces with everyone or selected colleagues.
