What it does
ONE Bank’s internet banking supports transfers, bill payments and cheque-service tasks. Customers can review or cancel recurring instructions and inspect recent login-session activity. Internet access itself is free, while tokens and underlying banking services have separate charges.
Set a standing instruction for periodic transfers between your current and savings accounts, then review or cancel it when needed. Cheque searches accept dates and number ranges; stop requests can cover one cheque or a batch.
Session Summary shows five previous logins with transaction times and statuses. Ad-hoc statements cover six months.
Charges behind free internet access
The May 2026 tariff lists a software token at BDT 700 and a hardware token at BDT 1,000, each as a one-time charge; replacements cost the same. SMS alerts are BDT 300 yearly. For domestic transfer routes, BEFTN is free, while RTGS costs BDT 100 except for qualifying government transactions.
Ordinary savings-account maintenance depends on the average balance. For example, BDT 10,001 to BDT 25,000 attracts BDT 100 every half year. A cheque-stop instruction costs BDT 100, and cancelling it costs BDT 50.
Easy Account is a separate current account for retail customers using a deposit scheme, fixed deposit or retail borrowing facility. It opens with BDT 500 and has no maintenance fee, with half the normal debit-card charge.
Enrollment and transaction approval
Submit the internet-banking form at your account branch with every holder’s signature. The branch provides credentials; first login requires a password change. Transfers and bills require a hardware or software token.
