What it does
Online Image Editor is a free browser editor for resizing, cropping, overlaying and adding text to images, including animated GIFs.
Upload an image or supply its URL; optional resize or conversion can run during upload. For an animated caption, add text with a chosen or uploaded font, then adjust its border, arc or shadow. Overlays use opacity controls, and the editor also handles animated GIF cropping and resizing. Use Save, choose the download option and select a destination for the finished file. If drag-and-drop fails, the interface provides an Upload button. Third-party hosting is a separate route from a local download.
