What it does
OnlineBoard provides a shared canvas with real-time collaboration, shareable URLs, pen colors, and export. The official Basic plan is free and supports up to four concurrent users. Two official pricing pages disagree about Pro: one lists $5 per user/month as coming soon and five-minute board expiry, while another lists Pro as free during beta and one-hour expiry.
OnlineBoard is a lightweight browser whiteboard for small groups that want to start drawing through a link. The Basic plan lists real-time collaboration, URL sharing, up to four concurrent users, and standard export. Paid-plan details are inconsistent across the vendor’s own pages: the web subdomain lists Pro at $5 per user/month as coming soon, while the main site lists Pro as free during beta; board expiry is also shown as five minutes on one page and one hour on the other. Treat the free Basic limits as clearer than the beta pricing.
