What it does

OpenCitations provides scholarly bibliographic and citation datasets through an open research infrastructure.

Choose Meta for bibliographic metadata or Index for citation links. The download page identifies releases separately, including Meta in June 2026 and Index in July 2026, and lists CSV, RDF and provenance archives. Check expanded sizes before planning a local analysis: these are bulk research files. Dataset CC0 terms differ from the licences for website text and software.
