What it does
OpnForm builds hosted or self-hosted forms with conditional fields, calculations and integrations. Its free hosted plan allows unlimited forms and responses. Paid plans add branding, collaboration and storage controls, while Stripe payment blocks can collect fees or donations.
Start from your account with Create a new form, choose a template or the basic contact form, and add your fields. Publish Form saves the finished form and provides a link to share or embed.
Logic belongs on the field whose behavior should change. Open that field's Settings > Logic, set the condition and choose an action. Showing a hidden field and making it required are separate choices. If Show is missing, check that the field starts hidden. Date rules distinguish dates at least a given number of days away from dates within a rolling window, which includes today.
For a registration fee, add a Payment block, connect a Stripe account and authorize it through Stripe. Back in the editor, set the currency and amount, preview the form and publish. Payments go to the connected Stripe account.
| Hosted plan | Upload size | Main distinction |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 10 MB | One workspace; branding; all members are administrators |
| Pro | 50 MB | Custom domains, branding removal and more workspaces |
| Business | 1 GB | Member roles, partial answers and versioning |
| Enterprise | Configurable | Organization sign-in and external storage |
All hosted plans allow unlimited forms and submissions. Free includes API access and basic webhooks. Paid subscriptions can be monthly or annual; automated paid-feature trials are not offered.
The self-hosted Community Edition allows two users across the installation. Core code uses AGPL v3, while the enterprise directory has a separate proprietary licence.
