What it does
Optimal Workshop combines card sorting, tree testing, first-click studies and prototype tests with interviews and surveys. Teams can import Figma designs, capture screen and audio recordings and review user paths. Paid plans cover all study methods, with a seven-day trial for evaluation.
Card sorting and tree testing address how content is grouped and found. Prototype and live-site testing examine the screens people use to reach it. Optimal Workshop puts both stages in one workspace, with Figma imports, recordings, clickmaps, heatmaps and downloadable results.
Starter includes five launched studies per year, unlimited seats and unlimited participant responses per study. Extra study bundles can be purchased. Enterprise offers a custom study allowance, multiple workspaces, private projects and additional administration. All tools and study types are included on both plans; recruitment from Optimal's panel is an additional purchase, either per use or through credits.
Try it before subscribing
Choose Get started on the trial page to create an account. The seven-day trial requires no card, allows unlimited studies and shows results from the first two participants. There is no lasting Free plan. When the trial ends, access to studies is locked until you subscribe. This matters if you intend to return later to review the findings.
