What it does
Optuma provides charting, scanning, testing and model-building tools for analysts and wealth managers. Its web app can combine chosen market signals into weighted scorecards and portfolio research. Access starts with the Optuma team, and a trial follows a short demonstration.
Optuma's scorecards let an analyst combine indicators, fundamentals and other data into an explicit market view. Set the criteria, weights and regime bands, then inspect what each component contributes. The result can appear on a chart or as a sortable watchlist column, giving a research team a shared explanation for the score.
To edit a model in the current web app, open Score Models in My Library. Use New Section from the model's title-bar menu, then Add Component from a section menu. Components have their own weight, timeframe and explanatory note. Missing readings are excluded from the weighted average and shown through coverage, so inspect that coverage when a score changes.
Available access and planned portfolio features
| Plan | Scope and current status |

All plans have a minimum 12-month contract, including monthly payment choices. Optuma offers a trial after a short demo; this is not a permanent free tier. Request Access asks for work contact information, the package of interest and intended use, and the team schedules onboarding.
The first portfolio stage is available in beta, while custodian connections and several expanded portfolio features remain on the roadmap. Check the current plan's available tools when deciding how much of your client-reporting workflow to move into Optuma.
