What it does
Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management connects core accounting with spend, cash, receivables, revenue, assets and leasing on a cloud finance platform. Finance teams can connect transaction processing with ledger review and period-end work. Access is licensed, with the total price determined by the selected services and users.
Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management brings company accounting and transaction processing into the same cloud suite. Its scope includes the ledger, supplier invoices, customer receipts, payments, assets and leases. Accounting Hub can also standardize accounting from other business systems.
Cash operations add statement processing, matching and reconciliation. When automatic reconciliation cannot find a suitable match, the exception identifies the kind of problem: several possible matches, a date outside the allowed range or an amount outside the tolerance. Review the exception alongside its statement line and select the appropriate transaction. One transaction cannot be reconciled to several statement lines merely because it appears as a candidate for each.
Oracle also provides AI assistance for ledger inquiry, close work, invoice handling and cash processing. These features sit within the broader accounting workflow; the useful starting point for a demonstration is a concrete process, such as tracing a supplier invoice through approval, payment and reconciliation.
Budget for the licensed scope
Oracle's October 2026 US price list gives US$625 per hosted named user per month, with a 10-user minimum, for the broader Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud Service. It states a standard subscription term of three years. Accounting Hub, document recognition and other services appear as separate price-list items, so the ERP base rate is not a complete implementation quote.
Use Request a demo or Talk to sales to establish the financial applications, users, integrations and environments your organization needs. The named-user subscription requires provisioned access.
