In Leave > Apply, select an eligible leave type and the dates, then choose full days, half days or specific times where your rules allow them. A multi-day request can use partial time on the first day, last day, both or every day. Add comments and any required documents, then choose Apply. Nominees can cover work when that feature is enabled. Blackout dates prevent submission, and requests on company holidays are automatically cancelled.

Starter and Advanced

Starter is available without a software fee, and its downloadable code uses the GNU General Public License version 3. You can run it on your own infrastructure or request a free Starter cloud instance. The cloud form asks for an instance name and business contact details.

Advanced is quoted per employee per month, with modules selected for your organization. It supports cloud or on-premises deployment and offers a separate 30-day trial. Confirm the leave controls included in your chosen edition; the general help guide should not be read as a promise that every Advanced option belongs to Starter.

Administrators create enabled user accounts with a username, password and appropriate employee, supervisor or administrator role.
