What it does
Orderbot coordinates inventory and fulfillment across stores, warehouses and suppliers. Part of OneRail, it supports split shipments and backorders; prospective customers can request a demo, and users sign in to the application.
A mixed order can draw on several locations. Orderbot routes each line using stock, proximity, speed, cost or inventory turnover, then splits fulfillment where needed. For items awaiting delivery, it can allocate incoming stock to preorders and backorders.
Stores can handle pickup, ship-to-store and returns as well as shipping. The Perfect Order dashboard collects fulfillment status and tracking in one view.
Application access uses a username and password, with a Microsoft sign-in option.
