What it does

Ordoro gives merchants separate Shipping, Inventory and Dropshipping apps that can be combined. It handles orders fulfilled in-house alongside items sent by suppliers. Automatic dropshipping splits mixed orders, sends supplier requests and leaves the merchant’s own items ready for fulfilment.

Ordoro's separate apps suit a shop using several fulfilment methods. Its apps cover label purchasing, stock and purchasing workflows, and supplier dispatch. Merchants can select an individual app or arrange a bundle.

Divide a mixed order automatically

Enable Automatic Dropshipping in Rules Settings, assign the relevant products a default supplier and mark them for automatic dropshipping. When an order imports, Ordoro separates supplier items from those shipped in-house. Supplier requests are emailed immediately and appear under Dropshipment Requested; the merchant's items stay in Awaiting Fulfillment. After the supplier ships, add its tracking number to update the sales channel and customer.

For example, a shop could dispatch an accessory from its warehouse while the supplier sends the main item. Both parts remain traceable without sending the warehouse's item to the supplier.

The free Shipping account locks after its allowance until an upgrade or the next cycle. Shipping Advanced overage costs USD 30 per additional 1,000 labels. Inventory and Dropshipping overages cost USD 100 per additional 1,000.

Own-carrier accounts require Shipping Premium: the first 1,000 such labels are included, then cost USD 30 per additional 1,000. Inventory Premium adds purchasing and manufacturing controls; Dropshipping Premium adds supplier feeds and vendor portals. A 15-day trial requires no card.
