What it does

Organizze tracks accounts, credit cards and household spending in Brazil. Categories, spending limits and reports are available on its Manual plan, while connected plans import bank records. A seven-day trial covers the Manual plan; continued use requires a subscription.

Import and check a statement

In the web entry screen, choose Import file and select the destination account or card. Upload a statement, spreadsheet, CSV or TXT file, or a bill screenshot. You can adjust descriptions and categories before confirming the entries.

Choose how accounts are updated

Manual provides account records, category limits, bill alerts and reports without bank connections. Conectado adds up to three connections for personal accounts. Conectado Plus raises that to ten and includes business accounts.

The connected plans include one automatic daily refresh. Conectado allows two extra refreshes per day; Plus allows four. The seven-day Manual trial does not require a credit card. Web, iOS and Android versions are available.

Strengths

  • Imported file entries can be reviewed and categorized before confirmation
  • Connected plans state connection counts and daily refresh allowances

Watch out for

  • The Manual plan does not include bank connections
  • Business account connections require Conectado Plus

Best for

  • Brazilian users organizing a personal income and expense record
